Our products are designed by people who’ve spent years in the trenches writing queries, building automations, and troubleshooting data issues in SFMC.

Solution Misfits started with a simple observation: Marketing Cloud is powerful, but the day-to-day developer experience can be rough. Writing SQL queries without autocomplete, deciphering cryptic error messages, and constantly switching tabs to look up Data View field names — these are pain points every SFMC professional knows too well.

We decided to do something about it. Instead of just talking about the problems, we started building solutions — starting with Query Studio Pro, our first AppExchange application.

We believe the best developer tools are built by people who actually use them. Every product we create comes from real frustrations we’ve experienced firsthand working in Marketing Cloud. We’re not building tools based on what sounds good in a pitch deck — we’re building what we wish existed when we were doing the work ourselves.

We also believe in starting small and shipping. Rather than trying to build everything at once, we’re focused on doing one thing really well with Query Studio Pro before expanding our product line.
